The frogs appear in the most unexpected places! At the bank, in the library, in classrooms, in the schoolyard and out on the town! Different movement languages are playfully explored and they try to fit in, rock out and invite you to dance!
The Frogs is a pop-up show that explores belonging, dance and music styles, and the importance of friendship. Two frogs in grey jackets interact curiously and invitingly with the place, with the people who are there and with each other. A joint dance with the audience ends the performance and each performance is completely unique!
Blauba Danskollektiv
Dance Company
Blauba Danskollektiv has been active as a free dance group since 2008 based in Norrköping and works with innovative performing arts with a focus on contemporary dance.
Over the years, Blauba has focused on working for and with children and young people. Blauba has toured in Östergötland, Sörmland and internationally, in accordance with the association’s statutes that say “Work for children and young people’s participation in art and culture”.
We who work with Blauba are mainly Tea and Sofia Sosso Harryson. The chairman is Daniel Ahrreman. Recurring collaborations are with Norbert Lukacs for music and composition.
